Catlog Home

Do not use this product for anything other than its intended purpose as a tool for cats. Doing so can cause accidents.
If any abnormalities occur, stop using the product immediately and contact the Catlog CS Team.
If a foreign object or water gets inside the product, if it starts to smoke, if you hear strange sounds or smells, or if there are any abnormalities or damage to the device body, please stop using it immediately.
Do not touch the product with wet hands, drop it, step on it, or apply excessive force or shock. This can lead to a decline in performance, damage, electric shock, malfunction, or fire.
Do not disassemble, modify, heat, or wash the product. This can cause a decline in performance, damage, electric shock, explosion, ignition, malfunction, or fire.
Do not use or leave the product in places exposed to direct sunlight, near heating appliances, in places where air is blown directly from an air conditioner, in places with drastic temperature changes, in humid places, or in places with moisture. This could lead to a decline in performance, damage, explosion, or ignition.
When using this product, be sure to use the included charging cable and use an AC adapter with a DC output of 5V to prevent overvoltage. The use of a quick charger or an AC adapter with more than 5V of output, such as 9V or 12V, may cause a malfunction. If you use a cable other than the included cable, it may cause damage, overheating, explosion, or fire.
Do not use this product in places where the use of wireless devices is prohibited.
This product is intended for use indoors only. Using it outdoors may cause accidents or malfunctions, and you may not be able to obtain correct data.
This product uses radio waves in the 2.4GHz frequency band. If there is a product in the same frequency band nearby, radio transmission and reception may not be possible.
The communication distance between this product and the connected device (Catlog Pendant) may be reduced, and radio transmission and reception may not perform normally depending on the structure of the space between the devices and the presence of any obstacles.
This product is not subject to PSE.
This product has obtained technical conformity certification and conforms to the "Radio Law Technical Standard", so no wireless station license is required for use.
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
- (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and
- (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.

Catlog Belt

Please do not use this product for any purpose other than as a collar for cats and to attach Catlog products. Doing so may cause accidents.
This product is intended for use indoors only. Using it outdoors may cause accidents or malfunctions, and it may not be possible to obtain accurate data.
Please do not use this product for walking or tethering your cat. This may cause accidents.
The safety buckle does not guarantee safety. Please ensure your cat is sufficiently accustomed to the collar before use. Failure to do so could cause accidents.
Please remove this product during X-ray examinations or MRI procedures. Failure to do so may cause accidents or damage.
Please assemble this product so that it does not detach from the Catlog Pendant. If the Catlog Belt detaches from the Catlog Pendant, or if the buckle part of the Catlog Belt comes off, please ensure that the cat does not swallow or bite it by storing it safely out of reach. Failure to do so can cause an accident.
If any abnormalities occur, please stop using the product immediately and contact the Catlog CS Team.
Please have your cat wear this product once they have entered the junior stage and their physique has become similar to that of an adult cat, around six months after birth. As the physique and neck size vary depending on the cat, please check the size of the neck and ensure that your cat is sufficiently accustomed to the collar before use. Failure to do so may cause accidents.
Please remove this product when undergoing X-ray or MRI procedures. Failure to do so may cause accidents or damage.
The fabric used in this product is not suitable for washing. Please refrain from washing. This may cause damage.
If the product becomes very dirty, or if the material becomes frayed or torn, please replace it with a new one. Continuing to use it in this state may cause damage or accidents.
