When you want to keep the cat's records
Please cancel the Purrfect Cat Membership subscription fee’s automatic payment from Catlog App > My Page > Membership Management, or from https://rabo.cat/en-us/c/mypage/subscription/.
- After canceling Purrfect Cat Membership, the cat and its past data will not be deleted and you can continue to view them in the Catlog app.
- When resuming the use of the Catlog series, you can also resume Purrfect Cat Membership at any time.
- After cancellation, the next automatic payment will not occur and "non-member status" will take effect upon the expiration of the current billing period.
If you want to delete all data from your Catlog ID (delete account)
By deleting your Catlog account, all data including cat(s) and past records, will be deleted.
- iOS
- Go to My Page > Membership Management and cancel Purrfect Cat Membership.
- Go to My Page > Account Info > Delete Catlog Account and proceed with the account deletion process.
- If these options are not shown, please update the Catlog app to the latest version.
- Android
- We are currently working on the “delete account” functionality.
- Go to My Page > Membership Management and cancel Purrfect Cat Membership. Please wait for this functionality to be implemented.
About your Catlog devices
- Catlog Home
- Can also be used for other cats registered under the same Catlog ID.
- Catlog Pendant
- A Catlog Pendant is required for each cat.
- If you let other cats use a Catlog Pendant that has been used previously by another cat and overwrite their profile information, the data of the previous cat will be overwritten. This may affect the accuracy of activity tracking, the calculation of the "Energy Score", and other records of the new cat.
- Standalone Catlog Pendant devices are also available for purchase.
- Catlog Board
- Can also be used for other cats registered under the same Catlog ID.
