There are 3 things to check:
- Connection status of Catlog Home
- Connection status of the Catlog Pendant
- Battery level of the Catlog Pendant
1. Connection Status of Catlog Home
Please try the following steps:
- Unplug and replug the power cable of the Catlog Home.
- Restart the wireless LAN router.
- Set up the wireless network connection for Catlog Home.
- Check the settings of the wireless LAN router.
- Please refer to the Wireless Network Router Settings for more details.
2. Connection Status of the Catlog Pendant
Please try the following steps:
- Place the Catlog Pendant on the Catlog Home charging dock, then remove it.
- Unplug and replug the power cable of the Catlog Home.
- Setup the wireless network connection for Catlog Home.
- Place the Catlog Pendant on the Catlog Home charging dock, then remove it.
3. Battery Level of the Catlog Pendant
If the Catlog Pendant does not record any data even after performing steps 1 and 2, there is a possibility that the Catlog Pendant has run out of battery.
Please place the Catlog Pendant on the Catlog Home and charge it until the LED of the Catlog Pendant turns off.
