How to Restart Catlog Board

There are two ways to restart Catlog Board.

Method 1

  1. Remove all six batteries from the Catlog Board
  2. Reinsert all six batteries
  3. Wait about 5 seconds
  4. Press and hold the button for approximately 1 second and then release 
  5. The LED will blink twice slowly in green, then turn off

Method 2

  1. Press and hold the button for about 15 seconds
  2. Release the button when the LED blinks twice quickly in green
  3. Wait about 5 seconds
  4. Press and hold the button for approximately 1 second and then release
  5. The LED will blink twice slowly in green, then turn off

Note: Please ensure you have updated the Catlog app and the Catlog Board firmware to the latest version before proceeding.
