How to Change Your Password
- Tap on "My Page" in the Catlog app.
- Tap on "Email Address/Password".
- Enter your current password, new password, and confirm the new password.
- Once you tap on "Change", a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
- Tap the link in the confirmation email to complete the process.

- Tap on "My Page" in the Catlog app.
- Tap on "Email Address/Password".
- Enter your new email address in the "Email Address" field.
- Once you tap on "Change", a confirmation email will be sent to your new email address.
- Tap the link in the confirmation email to complete the process.
*If you do not receive the confirmation email in step 5, please check the following:
- Ensure your email settings can receive messages from the domain "@ra-bo.com".
- Check that the email address you entered was correct.
How to Reset Your Password
- Reinstall the Catlog app.
- On the login screen of the Catlog app, tap on "Forgot Password".
- Enter your email address in the "Email" field.
- When you tap on "Send", an email titled "[Catlog] Reset Password Request" will be sent to your email address.
- Tap the link in the "[Catlog] Reset Password Request" email.
- Enter your new password.
- Tap on "Change" to complete the process.
Note:
You must reset your password within 24 hours after receiving the email.
If you did not receive the password reset email, please ensure your address can receive messages from the domain "@ra-bo.com" and try again.
How to Toggle Notifications On/Off
- Tap on "My Page" in the Catlog app.
- In "Notification Settings", select On/Off.
- Allow notification settings for the Catlog app from your device's settings app.
