A Refer-a-cat Code is a special coupon code exclusive to the Catlog Official Store.
Each cat has a unique Refer-a-cat Code. You can find it in the Catlog app by navigating to Cat > Your Cat’s Name > Badge icon on the right.
Share your Refer-a-cat Code with friends’ cats or on social media to help spread the word!
Refer someone purchasing a Catlog series product (Catlog Starter Set) for the first time* using your Refer-a-cat Code. Once they start using Catlog**, you’ll receive these rewards:
- One Reward Ticket, equivalent to one month of free membership for the Purrfect Cat Membership
- A level-up for your membership badge in the Catlog app
*Refer-a-cat Codes are exclusive to the Catlog Official Store and cannot be used in the following cases:
- Purchases made outside the Catlog Official Store
- Applying a code after completing the order
- If the referred user has previously used Catlog devices (including rentals from other stores)
**Rewards are granted when the referred cat uses the Refer-a-cat Code at checkout, completes their purchase in the Catlog Official Store, and subscribes to the Purrfect Cat Membership.
Important Notes
- ‘Reward Tickets’ do not apply to cats whose monthly membership fee is already $0.
