This campaign allows eligible users, under the conditions outlined in this policy, to return purchased Device(s) and receive a refund for both the device purchase price and the Membership Fee for the applicable period.

This campaign is not a free trial or a gift. It is a conditional refund and return program designed for users who decide not to continue using the Services after purchasing the Device and subscribing to the Membership.
II. Eligibility Requirements
This campaign is only available to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

III. Return and Refund Conditions
To qualify for a return and refund, you must meet all of the following conditions:

- The returned Device must be in its original condition — not physically broken or damaged, and with minimal signs of wear or scratches.

Return Process
- Submit the return request through our contact form below within the 30-day period above.

- Pack the Device with all components included, using either the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.

You are responsible for the shipping costs, customs duties, and any other fees associated with returning the Device to Japan. Customs duties and import/export fees may vary depending on your location and the shipping method used.
These costs may be deducted from your refund amount if not prepaid.

Inspection and Refund Timeline
- Once we receive the returned Device, we will notify you by email of its arrival, inspection results, acceptance or rejection of the return, and any applicable fees.

If we are unable to contact you, the refund process may not be completed.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after confirming that all return conditions have been met and applicable fees have been finalized.
- If any or all of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the return and deny the refund request. In such cases, the handling of the returned Device shall be determined by mutual agreement between the parties.
- Once we receive the returned Device, we will notify you by email of its arrival, inspection results, acceptance or rejection of the return, and any applicable fees.

This policy shall remain valid only the duration necessary for the campaign and shall expire upon the termination of the return period .

Application of Terms and Conditions
Except as specifically outlined in this policy, all purchases, the Device usage, the App usage, and other Catlog Services remain subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Defective Products
Returns or refunds due to initial defects in the Device are not covered by this campaign.
