Below is an overview of the countries where Catlog is officially supported, along with the conditions under which the service is available.
Catlog is currently available in the following countries:
- Japan
- United States
- Australia
In these regions (Service Regions), product shipping, subscription services, and customer support are officially available.
Please note that Catlog Series 2nd Generation products (Catlog Home 2, Catlog Pendant 2, and Catlog Board 2) are currently sold and supported only in Japan. Use of these products outside Japan is not supported.
In the United States and Australia, you can only use the 1st Generation Catlog Series.
We are preparing to expand to additional countries in the future.
